Red winter wheat grain amended with 2% CaSO₄·2H₂O and 2% fine hardwood dust. The hardwood dust fraction provides lignocellulosic signaling that upregulates laccase enzyme production in wood-decomposing species during colonization — priming the mycelium for the transition to the Lignin-Prime HW/Bran substrate. Hydrated to 52% via No-Soak, No-Simmer (NSNS) process control. Sterilized at 118.3°C / 15 PSI for 172 minutes (elevation-adjusted, 4,984 ft). Validated to F₀ ≥ 60. Pre-installed injection port for direct syringe or LC inoculation. Shipped with Batch ID, Manifest Card, and QR-linked Digital Birth Certificate.

Species Compatibility
Hardwood dust amendment primes laccase enzyme production in wood-decomposing species before substrate transfer — measurable improvement in colonization speed on Reishi, Turkey Tail, and Shiitake versus plain grain. Pairs specifically with the Lignin-Prime HW/Bran substrate block for a consistent pillar-to-substrate enzymatic environment. Chaga: hardwood priming reduces the false-start cycles common on undifferentiated grain. NSNS process and injection port same as standard RWW — direct syringe inoculation from LC jar without opening.

RELEASE_DATE
Post-hold, zero-growth confirmed
Every unit is held in incubation after sterilization. No unit ships until the hold window closes with zero contamination evidence. Dates are recorded on the Digital Birth Certificate.
Digital Birth Certificate
Every unit ships with a Manifest Card carrying a QR code. Scan to access the thermal integration log, F₀ value, sterilization parameters, and operator sign-off for your batch. Data is immutable once published.

Altitude Compensation — 4,984 ft
Sterilization parameters compensated for operating altitude. At 4,984 ft, 15 PSI yields 118.3°C — not 121°C. Hold window is product-specific, validated to per-material F₀ targets. Sea-level timing applied at elevation produces inadequate lethality.
Grain hydration and mineral buffering validated per batch before release.
