Ultra-lean liquid culture at 250 mL RTU scale: 1.25g Maltoferm extract + 1.25g Dextrose + 0.25g Soy Peptone + 0.15g Yeast Extract + 0.125g KH2PO4 + 0.05g MgSO4 in distilled water. Minimized nutrient load eliminates osmotic inhibition for slow-metabolizing and wild-type cultures. Low-turbidity formulation enables early optical contamination detection — bacterial hot spots and color breaks visible before escalation. Sterilized at 118.3°C / 15 PSI for 39 minutes (elevation-adjusted, 4,984 ft). Shipped with 30 mm PTFE stir bar, Manifest Card, and QR-linked Digital Birth Certificate.

Sterilization parameters compensated for operating altitude. At 4,984 ft, 15 PSI yields 118.3°C — not 121°C. Hold window is product-specific, validated to per-material F₀ targets. Sea-level timing applied at elevation produces inadequate lethality.
Liquid media runs use shorter lethality windows than dense solids. Released only after QA incubation review.
