Vigor-formula liquid culture at 250 mL RTU scale: 2.5g Maltoferm extract + 2.5g Dextrose + 0.5g Soy Peptone + 0.25g Yeast Extract + 0.125g KH2PO4 + 0.05g MgSO4 in distilled water. Balanced Maltoferm/Dextrose base with soy peptone, yeast extract, and KH₂PO₄/MgSO₄ mineral buffer. Sterilized at 118.3°C / 15 PSI for 39 minutes (elevation-adjusted, 4,984 ft). Hold calibrated to minimize sugar caramelization. Shipped with 30 mm PTFE stir bar, Manifest Card, and QR-linked Digital Birth Certificate.

Species Compatibility
Broad-spectrum primary decomposer profile. Supports rapid mycelial colonization in oysters, king species, and enoki without enzymatic priming. 250 mL volume sized for single-session transfer work. For Enoki and cold-fruiting species, the nitrogen profile is especially effective during LC expansion before lower-temperature fruiting.

Altitude Compensation — 4,984 ft
Sterilization parameters compensated for operating altitude. At 4,984 ft, 15 PSI yields 118.3°C — not 121°C. Hold window is product-specific, validated to per-material F₀ targets. Sea-level timing applied at elevation produces inadequate lethality.
Liquid media runs use shorter lethality windows than dense solids. Released only after QA incubation review.
