Protocol Document
Laboratory-Grade Inoculation.
This SOP prioritizes validation of chain of custody and lethality evidence before any biological work begins. The sequence below is mandatory for reproducibility, and the Sterilization Hold Calculator can be used during planning to align expected hold windows with the batch profile.
Quick Navigation
Step 1
Confirm batch seal integrity and packaging condition before any handling.
Step 2
Scan the QR code and open the corresponding batch certificate record.
Step 3
Verify batch identity, operator sign-off, and recorded F0 outcome before opening any bag.
Step 4
Stage sterile field controls and tooling before breaking primary seals.
Step 5
Execute inoculation only after identity and lethality checks are complete.
Photo Evidence Publication Status
Manifest Card seal close-up set - Coming soon (pending image standardization pass).
Batch certificate QR verification capture - Coming soon (pending redaction review).
Sterile field setup sequence - Coming soon (pending final procedural stills).
Failure Path and Stop Conditions
- ✗If the wax seal is compromised, stop immediately and quarantine the unit.
- ✗If QR lookup fails or batch identity mismatches packaging, do not inoculate.
- ✗If certificate lethality status is below release threshold, abort the run and escalate through batch@cynicandspore.com with batch ID and photos.
